We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health Club Manager to lead our state-of-the-art health club and wellness services at Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention Center. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of fitness professionals, and ensure that our guests experience exceptional fitness and wellness offerings. Your responsibilities include maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service while driving membership growth and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the health club, including fitness classes, personal training, and member services.
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team to provide exceptional service.
- Ensure the health club facilities are well-maintained, safe, and clean.
- Drive membership sales, retention, and guest satisfaction.
- Create and implement wellness programs to enhance guest experiences.
- Monitor health club performance, budget, and operational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in health club management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Passion for fitness and wellness with a focus on guest satisfaction.
