**Your key duties**
- Leading the design and delivery of building structures projects, ensuring technical quality and alignment with client and sustainability objectives.
- Preparing design reports, technical specifications, and presentations.
- Coordinating with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural solutions seamlessly within the overall design.
- Reviewing and supervising work by junior engineers and providing mentorship.
- Engaging in peer reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of technical delivery.

**Your skills and experience**
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s level preferred).
- Chartered or working towards chartership with a recognized body (e.g., IStructE, ICE).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in structural engineering design within a consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in relevant design and analysis tools (ETABS, Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, Tekla, etc.).
- A strong understanding of regional and international codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong client relationships.
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and delivering elegant and efficient engineering solutions.
- Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Must be a Saudi National.
