**DUTIES **AND** **RESPONSIBILITIES**

Study tender drawings, specifications, bill of quantities, BEDD etc.;
Prepare electrical drawings as advised by Engineers or as per hand drawn sketches;
Check drawings as per drawing check list & latest Vendor drawing;
Prepare electrical single line diagrams and block diagrams;
Preparation of substation layout, electrical equipment layout, cable routing layout, grounding layout, lighting layout, lightning protection layout, cable trays layout, etc.;
Prepare electrical schematic, metering, protection and interconnection diagrams;
Preparation of electrical typical installation drawings;
Produce 3D Model for all electrical works (preferred);
Clash check 3D Model;
Extract 2D drawings from 3D Model for all electrical works (preferred);
Assisting engineers for preparing of power, distribution, lighting, lightning protection and grounding system design;
Assisting engineers for preparing MTO, Datasheets and other Documents;
To Visit Site for data collection and survey of existing power supply & distribution system;
Preparation of As built drawings as per site condition;
Refer drawings and documents from other disciplines as applicable;
Fulfill QHSE requirements in drawings.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**

Minimum 2 years diploma in Electrical & Instrument Engineering from a recognized institute;
Minimum 8 years work experience of drawing preparation work in the oil and gas / infra-structure / building or power plant industries;
Experience in using AutoCAD and Micro station;
Experience of engineering work in FEED/EPC projects

**PHYSICAL AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**

Must be in good health, physically fit & active;
Must have good analytical skills, interpersonal skills and team-working skills;
Must have excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, AutoCAD, Micro-station and other design/engineering software);
Must have the ability to maintain high drafting standard and should have experience in working with Attribute, XRef System, view port creating method in AUTOCAD;
Must have thorough understanding of specific Engineering discipline;
Thorough knowledge of interdisciplinary interfaces;
Must have positive attitude, very dynamic, highly motivated and hardworking;
Must be flexible and have ability to work under pressure to meet the demands of projects.
