This is a high-profile role that requires commercial and technical gravitas and the leadership skills and credibility to manage the delivery of complex real estate projects.

Reporting to Head of CSC Middle East, the post holder will lead multi-disciplinary programmes focused on the management of security, cyber, social, and integrity risk in the built environment in Saudi Arabia, Specifically, the role holder is responsible for ensuring that programmes are delivered to scope, on time, and on budget.
The position is supported by junior project management and coordination resources.

Project Governance
- Establish and manage a Programme Management Office
- Develop project charters, scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate internal resources, stakeholders and third parties/vendors

Project Control
- Prepare and maintain project, stage and exception plans as required
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Maintain an awareness of potential inter dependencies with other projects and their impact
- Manage the production and issue of the required deliverables, including client progress reports, ensuring all milestones are met

Project Excellence
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators and track delivery progress in partnership with programme stakeholders through dashboard reporting

Measuring and reporting
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques including MS D365, reporting and escalating to management as needed
- Ensure that the invoicing and credit is carried out as detailed in relevant contracts and work orders and is in accordance with internal processes
- Lead the credit control process, working with the Project Operations Team
- Managing project administration
- Build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project

Assurance and Control
- Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans

**Requirements**:
Essential
- Substantial commercial experience in a construction or real estate at a project management consulting firm, with a focus on risk management role
- A passionate advocate for the discipline of project management
- Deep understanding of the Middle East operating environment
- Commercially astute with a proven track record of effective project delivery
- An accomplished consultant with expert client relationship management skills
- The gravitas and personal credibility to build effective relationships at board level
- High developed communication skills - written and verbal
- Education to degree level
- Additional vocational or professional qualifications in the project management sphere

Preferred
- Security/Risk consulting experience
