**Minimum Requirement
- **
- Minimum 5-10 Years’ relevant experience as a Rig Safety Training Coordinator.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Experience in HSE activities on the site, coordinate with drilling supervisor and report to the HSE Superintendent/Manager
- Experience in Compliance of HSE Standards during Rig Up/Rig Down & Rig Move.

**Job Description: -**
- Conduct pre tour meetings and Toolbox meetings as per daily drilling operation and find gaps solve the problems.
- Ensure compliance of company and client Safety management system, Environmental management safety rules and drilling safety standards on Rig site.
- Conduct and participate in accident/incident investigation, find out the root causes and immediate causes and prepare corrective actions to prevent re occurrence.
- Coordinate daily HSE activities on the site, coordinate with drilling supervisor and report to the HSE Superintendent/Manager.
- Monitor and promote STOP card system and analyze the trends and maintain record.
- Ensure Compliance of HSE Standards during Rig Up/Rig Down & Rig Move.
- Conduct Pre-Spud Inspection, Weekly self-assessments, and Well Control Equipment’s inspections as per Company and Client Requirements.
- Participate and coordinate in Client's audits, Inspection & follow up and timely completion of audit points
- ]Assist management in conducting internal audits and support in external audits of HSE
Prepare and conduct periodical safety meetings like Weekly and Monthly and prepare minutes of meetings and prepare summary trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
- Prepare and implement site specific Emergency response plan and conduct drills as per requirements.
- Implement and follow up company Annual HSE Plan and timely compliance of each quarter of the year.
- Prepare Training Materials as PPTs and conduct HSE Trainings to crew and staff and analyses the training needs, Update and maintain Training Matrix.
- Prepare JSA and risk assessment with team and monitor PTW and LOTO program is implemented on the Rig Site.
- Maintain Lifting gears register, near miss tracking system, Accident/incident tracking system, Drills Tracking System, PTW and LOTO system.
- Monitor and enforce environmental requirements for third party and subcontractors
- Site Safety Training, Induction Training to Visitors/newcomers.
