**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Program Development**:
1. Develop and update safety training curricula for drivers and heavy equipment operators, incorporating Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
2. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and practical exercises.
3. Design and implement specialized training programs for specific equipment and operational scenarios.
Training Delivery:
4. Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for drivers and heavy equipment operators.
5. Deliver training on traffic regulations, defensive driving techniques, accident prevention, and emergency response procedures.
6. Conduct hands-on training on the safe operation of heavy equipment.
7. Stay up-to-date with changes in Saudi Arabian traffic and safety regulations.
8. Ensure all training programs and materials comply with relevant laws and standards.
9. Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications.

**Driver Evaluation**:
1. Develop and implement driver competency evaluation procedures.
2. Conduct driver evaluations and prepare detailed reports on driver performance.
3. Provide feedback to drivers on their performance and recommend areas for improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Extensive experience in safety training, particularly for drivers and heavy equipment operators.
2. In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian traffic and safety laws and regulations.
