**ABOUT THE HOSPITAL**:
This recently opened hospital has a 320-bed capacity and is situated in the holy city of Madinah. They serve the needs of the National Guard personnel, their dependents, eligible Saudi civilians, and VIP patients in the Western region. The hospital has the following services:
Laboratory Medicine, Medical Imaging, Dentistry, Anaesthesiology, Intensive Care Unit, Obstetrics/Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Pathology, Family Medicine, Infection Prevention & Control, Emergency Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Urology Surgery, Ear, Nose & Throat, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology & Metabolism. Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Medical Education, Primary Health Care.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- 2 years Consultant experience in a Western hospital
- 2 years post specialist qualification experience from the following countries:
UK - CCT
USA - American Board
Canada - Canadian Fellowship
Ireland - CSD/CSCST
Australia & New Zealand (Fellowship)
France - DES/DESC
Other European countries according to the qualification equivalence tables of the SCFHS.

Bonus: ½ Months’ salary - End of contract
Contract duration: 1- or 2-years renewable
Contract status: Family - Spouse and 3 children
Accommodation: Free of charge - fully furnished
Flights: Provided for self and family
Baggage allowance: 200 SAR per person
Vacation: 51 days total - including local holidays
Study leave: 7 paid days CME leave with travel allowance
Education allowance: Provided for up the 3 children
Medical cover: Provided for self and family
Working hours: 42.5 hours/5-day week
On call: As required within specialty
Start date: By agreement

- Free recreational opportunities for entire family
- Education allowance for up to 3 school age children from year 1 to year 9 of SR 23,000 per child per year in or outside of Saudi Arabia.

Those in years 10,11,12 receive an additional SR 5,000 per year.
