Assists patients and staff with medical eligibility problems and issues; coordinates with other departments as necessary

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Receives and assists patients, employees and otherhospital staff with questions regarding medical eligibility issues/cases;coordinates with other departments in resolving problems.

2. Analyzes documents to determine patients/employeeseligibility.

3. Receives and processes persons/patients with referralletters.

4. Reviews and forwards relevant information regardingdischarged patients and eligible specialties to appropriate departments.

5. Perform clinical responsibilities within relatedspecialty such as (Nursing, Laboratory, Respiratory, Pharmacy, etc.) asassigned.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree/Diploma in Nursing is required.

**Experience Required**:
One (1) year of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree, or three (3) years with Associate Degree/Diploma is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Nationals Only

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse is required.
