**Currently, we are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support the day-to-day operation of several tissue Converting production lines.**

**Responsibly**

A Tissue Converting Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving processes involved in converting tissue paper into finished products, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and facial tissues. The core job of Tissue Converting Process Engineer typically includes:

- ** Process Design**: Designing and implementing manufacturing processes that meet production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- ** Process Improvement**: Identifying and analyzing process inefficiencies and developing strategies to improve productivity, reduce waste, minimize downtime, and improve product quality. This may involve analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing KC best practices.
- ** Equipment Maintenance**: Maintaining and troubleshooting equipment used in the converting process. This includes identifying and resolving mechanical issues and coordinating repairs with the maintenance team.
- ** Quality Control**: Ensuring that finished products meet quality standards by monitoring and testing production samples. This may include developing quality control plans, analyzing test results, and making recommendations for improvements.
- ** Safety Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. This includes conducting safety audits, identifying potential hazards, and implementing corrective actions.
- ** Documentation**: Maintaining detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and equipment specifications. This includes creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and securing the equipment manual.

In addition to these responsibilities, the process engineer needs to work closely with cross-functional teams, such as production, quality control, R&E, CA, and maintenance, to ensure that all aspects of the converting process are aligned and operating efficiently. They may also be involved in training and developing staff to ensure that they are proficient in the converting process.

**About you / What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- One-year minimum technical knowledge in the tissue converting plant with Strong experience using manufacturing analysis tools, such as statistical process control, design of experiments, process capability studies, optimization, troubleshooting, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing.
