We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager - Logistics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of logistics and supply chain activities related to our projects. You will ensure the efficient movement of materials, equipment, and personnel to support the construction and operations of our projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to project schedules.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the logistics and activities for our projects, including planning, procurement, transportation, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and track shipments, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- Manage relationships with logistics service providers and negotiate contracts and service agreements.
- Oversee the coordination of personnel movements, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and visa processing.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to logistics operations and implement appropriate contingency plans.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and control of materials.
- Provide regular reports and updates to project stakeholders on logistics performance and status.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Proven experience in managing logistics operations, including procurement, transportation, and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs clearance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
