Modernization Supervisor role is to plan, conduct Modernization site surveys, manage and control the Modernization service operations in his area, according to the Modernization contracts requirements, the company policies and the KONE processes. He is also the first point of contact for all technical or operational issues raised by any customer whose Modernization jobs he has been assigned. He is accountable for the field costs of the of the Modernization sales.
- What will you do?_
- Accountable for customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication.
- Accountable for Modernization jobs project management after handing over Modernization contracts by Modernization sales team.
- Accountable for equipment safety and performance.
- Accountable for the sales lead volume, quality, and further processing of sales leads.
- Accountable for resolving Modernization customer quality snags and complaints during Handing over.
- Accountable for resolving customers invoicing complaints related to Modernization contracts.
- Accountable for the end-users, the sites and the technicians safety.
- Accountable for the delivery of Modernization Jobs according to the contract requirements, the time limits, the KONE quality standards and the local regulations.
- Accountable for the control of the field operations costs and CMII.
Responsible for proximity stock content & value.
- Accountable for managing site survey inspections visits and follow-up actions.
Validates the Modernization contract technical terms with the salesperson.
- Accountable for solving and closing the open callouts as result of Modernization Jobs reacting in case of stopped equipment and/or safety issues.
- Accountable for updating project milestones for Modernization jobs.
- Accountable for the timely completion of the Modernization contracts.
- Accountable for P2P and project profitability.
- Responsible for performing site audits.
- Responsible for investigating accidents and following company policy on evidence custody and internal reporting.
- Responsible for the control and authorization of overtime.
People management / Leadership.
- Accountable for the performance of his assigned technicians.
- Accountable for maintenance technicians motivation and competence development.
- Accountable for equipment assignment to technician and technician workload balancing.
- Are you the one?_
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in Modernization field.
- Experience in the Elevator and Escalator industries is required.
- Excellent Arabic and English language skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to take initiatives.
