**Job Title**: Procurement Supervisor

**Location**: Saudi Arabia - Tabuk

**Industry**: Industrial Construction

**Experience Required**: 8-10 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Management**: Lead the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.
- **Vendor Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and delivery standards are met. Evaluate vendor performance regularly.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and conditions for the company.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor procurement budgets, track spending, and ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies are implemented.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the management of inventory levels to prevent material shortages or overstock situations. Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper material storage.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and mentor a team of procurement staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, including cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 8-10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on the Industrial Construction sector.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Leadership and team management experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in large-scale industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s procurement laws and regulations.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
