NOTE: We can only respond to applicants whose current experience, industry and qualifications match the requirements of our principals/employers.

**Qualifications**:

- You will have a minimum of 15 years in the refinery and/or NGLF industry, specifically in mechanical inspection, with at least 10 years field experience working on plants major turnaround, field troubleshooting and inspection.
- Certified in two of the following certificates (API-510, API-570, API-653).
- Certified Welding Inspector CSWIP 3.1 or CWI/AWS
- NACE Certified Coating Inspector Level II
- Qualified NDT Examiner (VT/PT/MT/UT)
- You must have a thorough knowledge of best engineering practices, solid industry codes and standards background.

**Task Description**:

- Perform field troubleshooting in a daily basis or as requested.
- Participate on major T&Is and emergency plant shutdowns.
- Develop and review mechanical inspection procedures and best practices.
- Write recommendations and reports related to mechanical inspection activities.
- Develop and review pre and post-T&Is reports.
- Develop and review mechanical inspection strategies.
- Participate in field mechanical inspections, quarterly schedule inspections and assessments.
- Review and propose NDT method and inspection procedures.
- Participate in Risk Based Inspection (RBI) studies.
- Participate in HAZOP Studies review.
- Set KPIs and monitor deployment and performance of mechanical inspection programs at facilities.
- Review performance and KPIs of mechanical inspection programs at facilities.
- Issue recommendations to enhance mechanical inspection programs deployment and performance.
