Pmis Lead

Parsons is now hiring a PMIS Lead who can lead a team of professionals overseeing every phase of mission critical projects or programs.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

This project involves PMC services for design management and construction management and supervision of manufacturing/fabrication of Modules (high-rise buildings).

Location: Riyadh to be transitioned to NEOM, Tabuk, KSA

Role:

- Manage the PMIS Solution Implementation for the Client.
- Develop a PMIS Solution RoadMap for implementing different PMIS systems such as Oracle Unifier, Oracle Projects (EBS), OPPM, EPPM and P6 Team Member.
- Develop detailed Scope of Services for the PMIS Solutions.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyze business requirements & product specifications for Project Controls Systems and related software deployments
- Author technical and end-user guide documentation for these developed systems
- Work in a distributed, team-oriented development environment
- Interact with end users and project managers to communicate status and resolve design conflicts
- Self performs plus potential to manage IT on-site operations and coordinates delivery of service and support with Corporate-based Application Support Teams
- Self performs plus oversees and provides technical direction of Project Controls systems to be implemented for Cost and Schedule tracking, plus solid reporting within Earned Value Management
- Be responsible for establishing and reporting project based Service Level Agreement Metrics
- Coordinate and report root cause analysis and course correction for failed SLA targets
- Oversees resolution of complex problems, reviews and analyzes related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Gathers end-user and project's requirements, and presents to all levels of management in both a technical and non-technical term
- Complies with Problem Management processes by registering, updating, resolving and closing assigned Incident & Problem tickets

**PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Construction Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 15 years of related experience

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Able to successfully lead development teams or project delivery teams plus self performs technical assist duties in the Project Controls Arena.
- Strong project controls background & thorough understanding of Earned Value Project Management
- Long term experience with Primavera P6 and Contract Manager V12
- MS SQL Server, Oracle
- Data Exchange: Web Services, XML, custom and standard APIs
- Microsoft Visual Studio.NET development tools
- Reporting tools; Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Crystal Reports
- Transactional database development, good understanding of database connectivity & integration
- Data warehouse design and extensive custom report development
- Have excellent verbal and written technical English communication abilities
- Budget management experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong Business Analysis skills
- Must be a team player, self-motivated and proactive
- Should be accurate, precise thorough and prudent in the work produced
- Full understanding of Projects Controls functions such as Scheduling, Cost Management, Contract Management, Cost Estimating and Risk Management functions
- Hands on experience with implementing an Earned Value management system utilizing Oracle-Primavera P6/P6WEB, Contract Manager, and ARES PRISM.
- Hands on experience with implementing other project Controls Systems such as Oracle-Primavera Project Risk, and Success Estimator.
