**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Answer telephone calls, manage the switchboard, and provide information as needed.
- Handle mail distribution and manage courier services.
- Maintain office calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Support team by performing tasks related to organization and communication.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with various administrative tasks including copying, scanning, and filing documents.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or office admin role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
