**Job Title**: General Accountant

**Department**: Accounting

**Reports To**: Chief Accountant

**Summary**:
The General Accountant is responsible for maintaining the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts payable and receivable. They also work closely with the Chief Accountant to ensure that the company's financial reporting is accurate and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger
- Prepare financial statements, such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
- Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts
- Prepare and submit tax returns
- Assist with audits and other financial reviews
- Work closely with the Chief Accountant to ensure that the company's financial reporting is accurate and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working as an accountant, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a construction company
- Experience with accounting software
- Experience with project management principles and practices
- Proficiency in Arabic and English

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
