**Job Title**: Mobile Line Manager

**Location**: Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia (Some in-country travel might be required)

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of mobile developers (iOS, Android, and potentially cross-platform).
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative team culture.
- Address team conflicts and facilitate effective communication.
- Define project timelines, milestones, and resource requirements for mobile projects.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across development teams and other departments.
- Maintain a strong understanding of mobile development best practices, patterns, and architectures for iOS and Android platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile operating system updates, frameworks, and development tools.
- Contribute to the overall mobile strategy and technology direction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges related to mobile development.
- Participate in initial client meetings and discovery sessions to gather detailed technical information.
- Clearly articulate the technical aspects of the proposed solutions in a way that is understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Respond to technical questions and RFPs (Requests for Proposal) accurately and effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations of the company's mobile development capabilities, methodologies, and past projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor and technical point of contact during the pre-sales process.
- Work closely with the development teams to understand their capabilities, expertise, and project experiences to inform pre-sales activities.
- Contribute to the development of pre-sales collateral, such as case studies, white papers, and technical documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within a mobile development team.
- 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the software development industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile development platforms (iOS - Swift/Objective-C, Android - Kotlin/Java), frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate his/her team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to understand client business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in developing technical proposals and responding to RFPs.
- Ability to conduct effective technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Nice to have**:

- Master’s degree or advanced degree or certifications in business and or people management is preferred.
- Experience with cross-platform development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and mobile backend services.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia market and understanding of regional business practices.
