As **Process Engineer** you will provide technical support, development and control to Askar Tissue Manufacturing Plant, maintains the highest levels of productivity and profitability while maintaining acceptable safety and quality levels.

In addition to these responsibilities, the process engineer needs to work closely with cross-functional teams, such as production, quality control, R&E, Marketing, CA, and maintenance, to ensure that all aspects of the converting process are aligned and operating efficiently. They may also be involved in training and developing staff to ensure that they are proficient in the converting process.

Main responsibilities:

- Continuously Develop and Improve the Quality Control Standards and SOPs to ensure that our products are compiling with both the local and international requirement, reduce the waste and improve our customer perception.
- Take responsibilities for all the line projects / Trials and deliver the agreed deliverables.
- Participate in the line daily performance meeting and work closely with the teaming on identifying the proper solution for the challenges that they are facing.
- Continuously seek Innovative solutions and lead by example.
- The incumbent is responsible for liaising with the suppliers to optimize all materials used.
- Implementing all steps in Lean ,TPM & Centre lining programs.
- Identify the best process parameters / adjustments and cost savings opportunities. Recommend and execute suitable courses of action.

**About You**

You are holding Saudi Nationality (as per government requirement).

The position requires a minimum of a BSc. in Engineering (Chemical Engineering is preferable) and continuing self-development.

You have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Graduate Process Engineer or Process Engineering role, experience in FMCG is a plus.

You own Lean Six Sigma Certification and have experience in TPM, Safety Cerificate as an advantage.

You will work with multinational teams - good spoken and written English is needed.
