Tasks and Responsibilities:
The capabilities required for success in this role are:

- Understands the healthcare marketplace especially in Saudi ; the payer environment; customer & accounts priorities; patient, product and monetary flows; patient disease states and therapeutic options.
- Analyzes business trends, market dynamics, patient, product and monetary flows; prioritizes opportunities; builds territory and account plans; and secures needed resources.
- Executes territory and account plans; achieves territory and account plan goals & objectives and materialize actions on a timely basis; and regularly evaluate and adjusts territory and account plans as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy
- Holding Saudi Nationality
- Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical environment is a PLUS.
- Has the understanding of healthcare systems and patient flow in relevant market.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership without legitimate authority.
- Demonstrated resilience in complex environments.
- Demonstrated high learning agility.
- Excellent team collaboration.
