**Job Summary**:
The Coordinator, Document Control, is responsible for managing and maintaining the document control processes and systems within an organization. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of documents and records, as well as facilitating efficient document workflows. The Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement document control procedures and processes to ensure the effective management and organization of documents and records.
- Establish and maintain a centralized document management system, including electronic and physical filing systems, to ensure document accessibility and version control.
- Receive, review, and process incoming documents, ensuring proper classification, indexing, and storage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce document naming conventions, metadata requirements, and document lifecycle management.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with document control procedures, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or non-conformities.
- Manage document distribution and retrieval, ensuring that the latest versions of documents are available to authorized personnel.
- Coordinate document review and approval processes, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of electronic document management systems (EDMS) or other document control software.
- Assist in the development and delivery of document control training programs for employees to ensure understanding and adherence to document control processes. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirements related to document control.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Information Management.
- Min 2 years of experience in document control or records management, preferably in a regulated industry.
