**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and implement the company's strategic plans in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor the gas industry in Saudi Arabia, keeping abreast of market trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Oversee the commercial operations of the gas company, including contract negotiations and business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the gas industry.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing processes and systems that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a diverse team of professionals, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring effective financial planning and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate strong relationships and foster business growth.
- Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events, building a positive brand image and enhancing market presence.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- Minimum of ten years of experience as a General Manager or Country Manager within the gas, oil, or contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of the gas market in Saudi Arabia, including market dynamics, client relationships, and regulatory frameworks.
- Background in commercial operations, including contract negotiation, sales, and business development.
- Engineering background preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
- Excellent business acumen with a sound understanding of financial management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Saudi Arabia residency and familiarity with local cultural norms and practices.
