Construction Manager

**Description du poste**
The Construction Manager will be overall responsible for all construction works on site and managing all resources for the construction works, such as personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Responsible for the management, development, and planning of a Civil/Marine Works Construction Site.
- Installing and organizing logistics, materials, and personnel.
- Directing all aspects of the day-to-day execution of the project, monitoring and coordinating work performed by Superintendents and workmen.
- Leading, coaching, and managing several skilled and experienced site execution staff.
- Making sure productivity objectives are met with the resources on site
- Directing work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimize disruption of ongoing operations.
- Planning resources and develop with the team the overall methodology for the construction works.
- Be a leader in safety on the construction site.
- Implementing and overseeing ISO, ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards on the construction site.
- Daily coordination and supervision of subcontractors.
- Enforcing environmental legal, contractual, and internal regulations with Site superintendents, the Logistic Team, and the Environmental Department.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of construction logistics, resource planning, and project execution.
- Familiarity with ISO norms, ensuring consistent compliance throughout project phases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective engagement with stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technologies.
- Understanding of engineering principles relevant to construction projects.
- Proficiency in project reporting, conveying complex information concisely.
- Regulatorily compliant with a strong focus on client relationship management.
- You are willing to work abroad and relocate within the Middle East.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- You have at least 10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in major project execution within large international construction projects, preferably in the Middle East.
- ** You are willing to work in a remote area with special work arrangements (rotation system).**
