Programmer

**Your Job**
We are seeking a shop Drafter to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role, reporting to Plant Manager and working within the global engineering team, involves creating detailed shop packages to support the fabrication of mass transfer and combustion equipment. You will collaborate with various functional teams (engineering, commercial, operations) to produce mechanical drawings and documentation vital for multiple business operations. Accuracy and adherence to quality and delivery standards are paramount in this position.

**What You Will Do**
- Create detailed drawings and BOMs from 3D CAD models or general arrangement drawings.
- Develop shop packages for production, including detailed drawings, Bill of Materials, and nesting plans.
- Prepare BOMs in Excel or input them into the ERP system.
- Address technical clarifications and workshop comments, liaising with relevant parties (Engineering, KES Workshop, Vendor Workshop, QC) to resolve issues.
- Participate in reviews of fabrication packages.
- Provide drafting support to the local Sales or Execution team.
- Adhere to company procedures and standards.
- Perform other duties as required in operations.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications**)
- Strong commitment to safety and proven safe work practices.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in developing shop packages for production (detailed drawings, BOMs, nesting plans) for pressure vessels, steel stacks, and/or piping systems/skids.
- Familiarity with fabrication techniques, such as cutting, forming, machining, and welding.
- Solid understanding of international standards for steel materials.
- Experience with industry standards in oil & gas and/or chemicals/petrochemicals.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized and capable of working independently.

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Diploma in Mechanical Design Drafting.
- Proficiency with the Autodesk suite (AutoCAD, Inventor, Plant 3D).
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience with PLM systems.
- Previous project experience with Mass Transfer systems.
