We are now looking for a **Production Line Manager** for our plant in Jeddah (KSA), which produces aluminium beverage cans. The position reports directly to the **Production Manager**. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Crown team in **Saudi Arabia**.

**Your mission in Crown**:

- Define priorities and continuous improvement activities on production line through the use of production KPIs, supporting the culture of “We Focus on Excellence”.
- Ensure Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices are followed during the production and maintenance activities.
- Maintain effective training, support, and development of the team with supervisors, group leaders, and maintainers.
- Undertake projects to improve production activities in terms of efficiency, spoilage, quality, material consumption
- Communicate and ensure understanding of functional and/or departmental goals by the production line’s teams.
- The ability to work under pressure with multinational employees.
- Strong team leadership skills.
- Proven manufacturing and management abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools.
- Attention to details and analysis skills.
- A safety mind-set.
- Drive to motivate and move the department forward, to achieve challenging business objectives.

**About you**:
he applicant must have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or Industrial Engineering, a minimum of **five years**’ experience in a manufacturing or production, with minimum three years in a managerial or supervisory role, with strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent knowledge of an ERP (JDE preferred) and MS Office tools (Advanced Excel). Knowledge of database and productivity software, Six Sigma, with a safety mind-set and a commitment to company policies are required.
