**Job Title**: Warehouse Specialist
**Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Organize and maintain inventory in a systematic and orderly manner to optimize space utilization.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment of goods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management and assist in resolving issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local safety regulations.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a **Warehouse Specialist** or in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control procedures.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office**, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in **Arabic and English**.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Experience in the **Riyadh** market or working in the Gulf region.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to warehouse operations in Saudi Arabia.
