**Position Title**: Plumbing Inspector (Building)
**Work Location/Term**: Riyadh, KSA / Full-time
**Supervision**: Site Inspections, Quality Assurance, Compliance Monitoring
**Reports to**: Mechanical Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Site Inspections**: Inspect plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and stormwater, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, and codes.
- ** Quality Control**: Monitor plumbing installations for adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and plumbing codes. Document and report non-conformances.
- ** Testing & Commissioning**: Assist in testing and commissioning plumbing systems to verify functionality and performance.
- ** Material Verification**: Inspect delivered plumbing materials and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain detailed inspection records, test results, and reports. Submit regular updates to project stakeholders.
- ** Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure all plumbing works meet local regulations and international best practices.
- ** Coordination**: Work with contractors and engineers to address plumbing-related issues during construction.
- ** Safety Assurance**: Enforce safety protocols during plumbing installations and address potential risks promptly.

**Competency Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater).
- Familiarity with plumbing codes and standards (local/international).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with teams and contractors.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of plumbing inspection experience.
- Diploma with 7+ years of experience in plumbing installations or inspections.

**Professional Experience**:

- 3-7 years in plumbing system inspections for building projects.

**Certifications**:

- Plumbing or quality assurance certifications (preferred).
- Appropriate SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) registration.

**Language Skills**:

- Proficiency in English (mandatory); Arabic (advantage).

**Other Skills**:

- Proficiency in plumbing inspection tools and testing equipment.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards in plumbing installations.
