**Job Description**:
**Job Summary**:
The Commis III - Pastry is responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries and desserts under the guidance of senior chefs. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about baking and eager to learn in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts.- Follow standard recipes and presentation specifications as directed by the Chef de Partie - Pastry.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstation.- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.- Support in receiving and storing pastry supplies and ingredients.- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.- Take part in training sessions and development programs as required.

Desired Skill & Expertise:
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Pastry preferred.- Previous experience in a pastry kitchen or bakery is an advantage.- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.- Passion for pastry and keen willingness to learn and grow.- Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions.- Good hygiene and grooming standards.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.- Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
