Lab Sample Receptionist

- Ensure proper receipt of the sample, verify the details, and acknowledge to the clients.
- Ensure proper login of the sample in lab LIMS with required test parameters.
- Handling the sample, receiving data from the logbook and relevant documents.
- Ensure the samples are properly safe guarded until the sample is submitted to the laboratory
- Generate GHS labels for the samples logged
- Ensure good housekeeping in the Lab reception area
- Worksheet management
- Samples logistic management

**Qualifications**
- Diploma's in Science, Laboratory Technology, or related field
- Proficiency in laboratory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent record-keeping and data entry abilities
- Knowledge of laboratory safety regulations and protocols
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Lab safety certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
