**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively monitor and respond to security breaches and incidents.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability scans to evaluate system weaknesses.
- Design and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and new technologies.
- Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices through training and awareness programs.
- Assist in the development and execution of incident response plans.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international cybersecurity regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, encryption technologies, and threat intelligence.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, SIEM, and antivirus software.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
