Cost Account Specialist

**Requirements**:
SKILLS: - 8 years of relevant experience. - English fluent - Bachelor degree in accounting from an accredited university, and certified management accountants will have preference. - Mandatory Industrial experience with preference to sites that manufacture petrochemicals products. Also, good understanding in Manufacturing processes such as Make to Stock, Make to Order, Repetitive and Discrete Manufacturing, and Goods Movement. - Preferably SAP knowledge in Controlling (CO Module: Plan, track, perform and report about costs. Understanding about managing and controlling cost elements, cost centers, profit centers, internal orders and functional areas and allocation cycles, etc.) Also, good understanding about SAP PP (Production Planning) especially in master data, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, Product Cost Collector, quantity structure, Manufacturing processes and how it is integrated with Accounting entries. - Ability to understand and articulate Product Costing and Management accounting best practices and executions by calculating manufacturing costs, variances and analysis with plan, guide management on making decisions, cost transparency and ensure correct cost flow across the manufacturing site.

**Functions/responsabilities**:
8 years of relevant experience (almost 4 years as a Cost accountant). Mandatory Industrial experience with preference to sites that manufacture petrochemicals products. Preferably SAP knowledge in Controlling (CO Module and SAP PP: BOM Bill of Materials)
