Position Purpose_**
- Experience in managing all Retail Education projects at KSA level. Has had management of the Client Experience Coaches. She/He can deliver all Retail trainings in KSA and ensure strong on-boarding of all KSA new joiners. _
- Must have strong focus on client engagement and omnichannel experience in store, as well as support creation of training material for key retail animations (Ramadan & Festive), and other KSA Trainers in the development of the KSA retail employee’s. _
- Ideally, strong collaboration with key business partners and strategic implementation and delivery of the different projects within KSA_
- This role will be based in Sephora University and will require to be present in stores 40% of the time. Also, he/she is required to travel around KSA on a monthly basis._

Key Accountabilities_**

**_ Retail Training_**
- _ Responsible for delivering all Retail-related training modules, in-class and/or digitally._
- _ Support update/creation of Retail training material - On-boarding, Sephora Attitude, Omnichannel, Cashier training as well as all Retail-related training, needed to support the growth of the business._
- _ Lead all Onboarding initiatives, partnering with HR & Store Management (digital on-boarding, Induction training, welcome at store level & follow up coaching)._
- _ Support creation of training material for key retail animations (Ramadan & Festive)._
- _ Monitor knowledge growth and retention post Retail trainings._
- _ Review client feedback, mystery shopping and Love Meter data to identify areas of opportunities and suggest actions accordingly._
- _ Partner closely with cross-functional business partners:_
- _ Retail - support training for retail project implementation._
- _ Store Management - align on business & support needed at store level._
- _ HR - on-boarding & employee-support training._
- _ Beauty Training Team - support and reinforce retail & omni in beauty training/projects._

**_
Team Management_**
- _ Management of the Client Experience Coaches (based in both Jeddah & Riyadh). _
- _Support in growth and development of all team members._

**_
Coaching & Support at store level_**
- _ Plan monthly store visits for yourself and your team members._
- _ Align with Retail leaders on priority stores and business needs focus._
- _ On the floor coaching, training refreshing, assessment & feedback._
- _ Follow up and support engagement of the store team with our Sephora LMS. _
- _Articulate support of the cash team to coach and develop them._
- _ Visit flagship doors monthly, meeting with Store leaders to align and assess needs. _
- _Ensure visit of full region (including all stores) at least 2 time/year or if business requires._

**_
Project Management_**
- _ Deliver project training on time, meeting all requirements and satisfaction of business partners._
- _ Support Training of Retail-related projects partnering with project owner/leader._

**_
Skills, Experience and Personality_**
- _Training experience for 3+ years, as a trainer role. _
- _Having deliver training and support learning and education projects is a plus._
- _ Arabic is mandatory for this position. English understanding is required._
- _She/he must be very agile and flexible, able to cope and manage different projects, dealing with various business partners. _
- _Able to give and receive feedback. _
- _It is essential that they have a passion for people with the ability to think creatively and are self-motivated to work independently._
- _ It is key that they have fully understand the business needs and adapt to the requirements and work with the different departments of Sephora Middle East HQ, high level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation._
