Our client is a Leading Building Contractor with a track record of successfully delivering a variety of civil and building projects. They are currently looking for a Operations Manager to join their team in Dammam, you must have solid experience working for a reputable contractor in the Middle East.

**Description**:
Our client, a prominent Main Contractor in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Construction Operations Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing project schedules, organizing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Duties**:

- Develop and execute project execution strategies, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and cost management for timely project completion.
- Collaborate with Commercial Manager and project commercial teams to establish and oversee operational budgets.
- Enhance organizational effectiveness by refining processes and policies to align with company objectives and international standards.
- Manage resource utilization across the organization, including recruitment and placement of staff in coordination with HR.
- Coordinate and oversee project production and progress, monitoring performance and implementing enhancements.
- Ensure product quality and manage employee productivity levels, providing technical support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 15 years working in the Construction Industry and at least 5 years working in the Middle East preferably with a contractor.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or something similar.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of Quality and HSE.
- Excellent communication and fluency in English.
