**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensures shipments are sent on time and according to defined plan and schedule.
- Prepares administrative transportation documentation for the external warehouse. Fulfils shipping, packing and marking procedures per project requirements in compliance with
- governmental regulations. Verifies vendor certificates and submits appropriate documentation for credit letters.
- Releases shipments to forwarders based on vendor packing lists. Provides administrative support in the identification and selection of forwarders for domestic/export transportation
- Liaises with transportation/logistics group for freight quotes, documentation, and delivery.
- Generates documentation for credit letters and ensures inclusion of the documentation with shipments to ensure compliance with all export/ import rules and regulations.
- Archives all documentation of the department
- Manage discussions with the service providers for any issues related to certifications, vendor payables etc
- Responsible for various ABB Products certification and Registration at SASO. This includes PCoC, IECEE and JEEM

**Your background**:

- Ideally, you'll hold a Diploma or equivalent
- with 2-5 years of experience in logistics and documentation experience
- Fluent in Arabic and English is required.
