Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Project Controls Engineer**to join Qiddiya’s Tree Procurement Unit to perform scheduling and project control functions for a mega project near Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

**What You'll Be Doing (**working with the QIC Horticulture team)**

  • Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and forecast current status against an established baseline schedule.
  • Assess the impact(s) of delivery changes and schedule slippages.
  • Report status of schedule to appropriate project and Company management as well to the client.
  • Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information.
  • Customize project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
  • Accumulate historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure project budgets are adhered to.
  • Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure comprehensive planning and risk management.
  • Utilize Power BI to create and maintain dashboards for project tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain reporting to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)

- **5+ years of related work experience**

  • Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Power BI and the creation of dashboards for project tracking and reporting
  • Knowledge of supply chain reporting and management
