**Financial Manager Required (Odoo Experience)**

A leading company in **(industry/company activity)** is seeking to hire a highly qualified **Financial Manager** with strong experience in **Odoo ERP** to join its team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations of the company.
- Manage, operate, and optimize the financial modules in **Odoo (Accounting & Finance)**.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Manage cash flow and ensure continuous **liquidity availability**.
- Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Arrange **loans, credit facilities, and financing solutions**, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and relevant authorities.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Proven hands-on experience with **Odoo Accounting**.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
- Demonstrated ability to secure funding and manage banking relationships.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
