JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly talented and experienced Lead Architect (Design) to join our team. As a Lead Architect (Design) at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process for various architectural projects. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and deliver innovative and high-quality architectural designs.

Your role will involve leading the design team, providing design direction and guidance, and ensuring that design projects adhere to project goals, budget, and timelines. You will also be responsible for reviewing and evaluating design proposals, conducting site visits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful architectural projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proven ability to lead and manage design teams
- Exceptional design skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Prior experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred
