**The main purpose of the job**:Supervision for ACP, ACR, CMG, and GLD roles, leading audit requirements to finalization and monthly FS reporting.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Handling complete integrations from mapping to finalization
- Reviewing and approving corporate payments to HOD
- Verifying sales margins and credit note requests
- Checking and scrutinizing GL transactions
- Periodically checking and reporting trial balance errors/issues
- Head Office-related journal bookings and reconciliations
- Month/year-end closing activities and fiscal period controls
- Preparing monthly In-house financial
- Preparing monthly sales exception reports
- Preparing trial balance with the movement for VAT filing
- Reconciling sub-ledger against main ledgers
- Prepared trial balance, Income Statements and Balance Sheet external audit
- Supervision on data collection internally for external audit fieldwork
- Coordinating and engaging with statutory auditors during audit
- Assisting various schedules required for zakat filing requirements
- Verifying audit drafts FS within the group level including overseas
- Performed audit correspondence in relation to statutory financial
- Prepared and posted dividend-related payments
- Others corporate-related jobs as assigned by HOD

**Other**:

- Graduate/Post Graduate.
- 5 - 10 Years' Experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point and outlook)
- Preferred experience in ERP
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of IFRS standards and VAT
