Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Program Director (High Technology Manufacturing Project)**who will lead high-tech manufacturing projects from concept to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of data centers, Hi-tech electronics manufacturing, warehouse facilities. This role requires a visionary leader who will drive excellence in project execution, foster innovation, and ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with the highest industry standards.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Project Leadership**:Oversee the entire lifecycle of high-tech manufacturing projects, from initial design and construction to commissioning and final delivery.
- **Team Management**:Direct, inspire, and manage diverse, cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment to meet project milestones.
- **Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement strategies to optimize project execution, improve efficiency, and achieve optimal outcomes.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure the seamless execution of project objectives.
- **Risk Management**:Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to avoid delays and budget overruns.
- **Quality & Safety Oversight**:Ensure all projects meet stringent safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- **Budget & Resource Management**:Oversee project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- **Innovation**:Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative practices to keep the project competitive and on the cutting edge.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
- Experience: At least 15 years of progressive experience in managing high-tech manufacturing or advanced technology projects, with a proven track record in the design, construction, commissioning, and delivery of industrial facilities.
