**Job Purpose**
- Manage the implementation and coordination of site-wide security strategies, managing and reviewing consultants’ output, the design output regulation & standards compliance and contractors’ implementation and the delivery of technical and physical security packages for all AMAALA Regional infrastructure.
- Manage and control the end-to-end design, procurement, construction, integration and commissioning of the physical security infrastructure and systems of the AMAALA project.
- Manage the design and implementation of the project security operations center (SOC) to fulfill its critical mandate as the main administration and operations center for the overall security management.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Security Operations Center (SOC).
**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Contribution**
- Lead the overall functional implementation covering design of interior interfaces, dashboards, control room, computer room of the SOC.
- Ensure an innovative and the highest standard of smart security infrastructure is visible and security facilities and systems are designed to maximize availability, reliability and functionality.
- Thorough review of Contractor technical deliverables to ensure alignment and compliance with local (SEZ), national (KSA) and international security standards.
- Ensure security facilities and systems are designed to manage risks and potential impacts while providing approaches to prevent them
- Identify through stakeholder engagement that the business requirements are addressed and the DUCC design meets all critical KPIs and operational requirements.
- Ensure the ICT infrastructure and systems are designed and implemented to deliver on the AMAALA vision of exceptional tourism experience, enhanced standard of living for visitors and residents, preserve the environment and natural resources, and deliver an efficient and optimized smart city operations.
- Work with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the ICT infrastructure are fully aligned to support the business requirements.
- Be aware of industry trends and best in class technology to ensure the design and implementation support current and future security requirements.
**End-to-end Management of Design, Implementation and Operationalization of ICT Infrastructure**
- Oversee end-to-end design, procurement, construction, integration and commissioning of all security infrastructure including CCTV, Access Control, Magnetic Boundary Sensors, Automatic Number Plate Recognition System, Thermal and FOC based sensors, and other technologies as required by the project.
- Collaborate closely with other team members including Smart Systems, ICT, Mobility, Corporate IT, Cybersecurity, Shared Facilities, and other disciplines to ensure the security design is aligned with the project requirements, and meet the functional and design specifications.
- Ensure design changes driven by stakeholder requirements are properly documented and approved before they are communicated to design consultant for implementation.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external regulatory stakeholders to ensure compliance to local and national regulatory organizations.
- Prepare technical scope of work, support the issuing of RFPs, technical evaluation of proposals, and other procurement and contracting activities related to Security infrastructure, systems and services in compliance to approved procurement strategy.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related Technology field
- Thorough understanding of technical and physical security principles for design and implementation of the project, the ability to have technical oversight of the consultant and contractor-based designs for Security and asset protection solutions.
- Experience with various security systems and security mitigation methods and technologies, including electronic and physical mitigation methods.
- Familiarity and experience with smart interfaces and security head end systems such as PSIM, CSIM, VMS and SMS.
- Familiarity and experience in physical security risk assessment. - Experienced in counter-terrorism planning
- Experienced in HVM design, principles, implementation and limitations.
- Ability to write a comprehensive scope of work for Security design and construction procurement tenders.
- Minimum of 10 -15 years of relevant and recent experience **in a similar position** to manage design, implementation and operation of Security systems and infrastructure
- Experienced working with multidiscipline team, and multi-tasker with excellent communication skills. Professional, attentive with a good understanding of processes and attention to detail.
**Salary**: ﷼45,000.00 - ﷼55,000.00 per month

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
