**Knowledge & Qualification**:
Be able to speak and understand the English language and be capable of understanding instruction of their supervisors.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
3.9.1. Have three (3) years minimum experience working in a large production kitchen.
3.9.2. Be familiar with the various types of kitchen equipment and the proper technique of operating and cleaning such equipment.
3.9.3. Be able to speak and understand the English language and be capable of understanding instruction of their supervisors.
3.9.4. Be capable of hard physical labor.
