This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent placement with our client.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning and executing the production capability of the RMC concrete batching plant, including layout design, equipment installation, and infrastructure development.
- Coordinating with the design consultant, authority coordinators, and contractors to ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Procurement team for Procuring necessary machinery, equipment, vehicles, tools, and materials for production and operations.
- Coordinate and organize optimum day-to-day operations.
- Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing costs through a continuous improvement approach
- Coordinate production output, product quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
- Develop and implement systems and processes to achieve the business goals
- Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts.

**Concrete Batch Plant Coordinator Experience**:

- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in coordinating concrete batch plant operations
- Proven experience of delivering for large scale construction projects
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.
- Able to plan and coordinate operations to produce maximum efficiency and output
- NRMCA or ACI accreditation would be an added advantage.
