**Requirements**:

- Lead and mentor a team focused on delivering exceptional rider experiences, fostering a culture of excellence and customer
- centricity.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and motivate riders, including rewards programs, incentives, and recognition initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and act upon rider feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the rider experience.
- Oversee the rider onboarding process, providing training and support to new riders to ensure a smooth transition onto the platform.
- Establish effective communication channels with riders, providing timely updates, information, and support.
- Address rider inquiries, concerns, and issues in a prompt and professional manner, striving to exceed rider expectations.
- Monitor rider satisfaction metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize rider-related processes, systems, and services.
