This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Reporting and visualization: design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide insights into project performance, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Power BI, excel, or other data visualization software to present data in a user-friendly format.
- Data management and analysis: gather, analyze, and interpret project-related data from various sources, including project portfolio management (PPM) tools to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Interpret data using statistical techniques and identify patterns, trends within complex data sets.
- Compliance and standards: reviewing and editing reports for quality to ensure that all reporting activities comply with organizational standards, methodologies, and relevant processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of PMO documentation and processes.
- Performance tracking: monitor project progress against established metrics and KPIs.
- Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to project teams and management.
- continuous improvement: participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing data collection, reporting processes, and tools.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data analysis and reporting.
- Data analysis of a large scale of data sets, provide insightful conclusions to allow informed decision making.
- Supports PMO director and/or team members to address actions, recognise opportunities and mitigate risks and issues.
- Report into the senior reporting manager.
You’ll need to have:
- Educational background: a bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, project management, or a related field is typically required.
- Technical proficiency: strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, tableau), advanced excel skills, knowledge of SharePoint, familiarity with database management and ETL processes, and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights. Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques is advantageous.
- Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
You’ll also have:
- The necessary visa criteria that meet the requirements of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience gained on high value, complex projects and/ or programmes ideally with a project management consultancy business or similar.
- Extensive experience working for construction, industry and/or top-tier consultancy companies.
