JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Program Control Manager to join our team. As the Program Control Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the program control function for our diverse range of infrastructure programs. You will be responsible for ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and control of program activities to achieve successful program execution and delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement program control strategies, processes, and procedures
- Establish program baselines, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Monitor program progress and performance, identifying any deviations and providing timely updates to stakeholders
- Manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary
- Prepare and present program status reports to management and clients
- Collaborate with program teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Provide guidance and support to program control team members
- Ensure compliance with program control processes and standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program control within the civil engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of program management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in program management software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Saudi national
