**Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities**

The Sales Representative will act on behalf of Al Rayan Technical & Maintenance by creating value for current and future customers, managing client relationships, and relaying customer and market information back to Executive Leadership. This is a commission position for an experienced Sales Representative or Account Manager looking to partner with a rapidly growing, service-orientated company.
- Sales rep will manage all client communications and report any issues to Business Partners
- Organize a layout to follow up with all clients and submit weekly agenda to Lead.
- Conduct daily, and weekly follow-up with current and prospective clients.
- Ask clients for referrals.
- Recommend products to customers based on customer’s needs and interests.
- Maintain records, reports, and notes on daily orders and phone conversations with customers.
- Submit detailed summaries, daily and weekly, of issues on accounts and suggest resolutions.
- Build and maintain customer relationships; provide technical product information to customer support and prepare thorough and accurate quotes, order acknowledgments, samples, etc.
- Attend training and sales meetings to stay current with all company products.
- Collaborate with all appropriate departments and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all company rules, policies, and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Preferred: 6+ years of sales experience in industrial/mechanics/Fluid Power
- Ability to work independently - progressively and creatively.
- Know the basics of Mechanical operations of heavy machinery or job sites.
- Independently identify areas of need and give feedback to Business Partners
- Ability to work independently, in Office or Remotely
- Comfortable at Job Sites, Project Management Meetings, And Person Contact
- Strong and Ethical daily work management
- Strong written and verbal skills in English.

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month

**Education**:
