**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Requirement Gathering**:

- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and document detailed business requirements.
- **BPMN Standards and Business Process Modeling**:

- Utilize BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards to model business processes, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive business process models to represent the current and future states of business processes.
- **Document Creation**:

- Develop detailed SRS (Software Requirements Specifications), BRD (Business Requirements Documents), user stories, user journeys, flow charts, IA (Information Architecture), site maps, and other BA documents.
- **Use Cases and User Stories**:

- Create comprehensive use cases and user stories to communicate requirements to the technical team effectively.
- **Liaison Role**:

- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure mutual understanding among all parties.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with various stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners, to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- **Documentation**:

- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirements documents, process flows, and functional specifications.
- **Project Support**:

- Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept and requirements gathering to testing and implementation.
- Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring project milestones are met.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that developed solutions meet the business requirements and quality standards.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on BPMN standards and enterprise-level projects.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, use case development, and user story creation.
- Strong understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards and business process modeling.
- Extensive experience in creating SRS, BRD, user stories, user journeys, flow charts, IA, site maps, and other BA documents.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Demonstrable experience acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and software.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Experience in agile methodologies and working in agile environments.
- Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle.
