We are currently seeking a responsible, alert, and certified Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all students and coaches in and around our swimming facilities. The Lifeguard will play a critical role in maintaining a safe environment and responding effectively in emergency situations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete necessary planning and preparation prior to each session and collaborate with other coaches/colleagues as required.
- Ensure the safeguarding and protection of all children.
- Supervise and monitor all water-based activities during academy sessions, events, and open swim hours.
- Prevent accidents by enforcing pool rules and academy safety policies.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including water rescues, first aid, and CPR administration.
- Conduct routine safety checks of pool areas and equipment.
- Assist in preparing the pool area for daily use, including cleanliness and setup.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Facility Supervisor.
- Participate in regular training, safety drills, and briefings.
- Support coaches during swimming sessions as needed.
- Submit reports and documentation as required by the Management.
- **Job Requirements**:

- Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized authority.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Lifeguard; experience in a sports or educational setting is an advantage.
- Strong swimming ability and high level of physical fitness.
- Excellent situational awareness, communication, and quick decision-making skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with children, parents, and staff.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
