Job Description: Sales Executive - Key Account Manager (Home Healthcare Services)

Position Title: Sales Executive - Key Account Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Department: Sales & Business Development

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:

- Identify and target potential B2B partners, including corporate clients, insurance companies, hospitals, and clinics.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new partnerships and expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

2. Account Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by promoting home healthcare services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms.
- Develop customized solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.

4. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and clinical staff, to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Collaborate on the development of marketing materials and campaigns tailored to B2B audiences.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze client and market data to identify trends and recommend strategic actions.

6. Brand Representation:

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and foster networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the healthcare or home care sector.
- Skills:

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Language: Fluent in English and Arabic.

Key Competencies:

- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia.
