Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of insurance agents, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of insurance agents, ensuring that they meet or exceed set targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and promote the company's insurance products.
- Review and analyze insurance policies and claims, ensuring that they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with insurance providers underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Professional certification in insurance is a plus.
