- Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team
- Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
- Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others.
- Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
- Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.
- Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.
- Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.
- Prepares technical specification sections.
- Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.

The position responsibilities are as follows:
1. Lead and support URS in developing air quality monitoring and instrumentation, stack testing ( PEMS. CEMS, RATA) and Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) as core business for AECOM. Principal client will be Aramco and SABIC.

2. Responsible from bidding stage, project implementation, up to closure of project including invoicing and payment.

3. Responsible to train and mentor staff especially on stack testing, air quality monitoring and testing, and LDAR. Ensure that quality and safety are integral part of the delivery of the project, and that staff are well aware and follow as per AECOM’s standard.

4. Visits ( and deliver presentations) to potential clients and market AECOM capabilities for air quality monitoring and instrumentation, stack testing ( PEMS. CEMS, RATA) and Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR.
